Student Awards

If you feel your student deserves recognition for their hard work or has gone that extra mile whilst on placement with you, why not nominate them for a student award.  The form can be found here student of the year award form and sent back to healthcareawards@lincoln.ac.uk

 

 

Mentor Database

 

If you are part of ULHT or LCHS, the Lincolnshire Inter-professional Practice Learning Unit (IPLU) hold the register for all mentors and need information on your updates and triennial reviews.  If you would like any details on this, please contact the IPLU on IPLU.system@ulh.nhs.uk. 

For LPFT, the database is held locally and they require the same information.  You can contact them on Training.LPFT@lpft.nhs.uk

If you are part of a Trust outside of ULHT, LCHS, and LPFT, or are an independent practice that we work with, we hold the mentor register at the University.   This requires you to inform us of all updates and reviews in order for us to keep you registered as a current mentor on our database.  You can check the mentors registered for your organisation on PEMS using the link at the top of this page.  If you have a new mentor join your team or there are details that are incorrect on PEMS, you can use the mentor questionnaire form found here and email back to uolpractice.support@lincoln.ac.uk for us to update our records.
